Well, cat’s out of the bag! We could not be more excited to introduce OTOTO, or ‘little brother’ in Japanese. Right next door to Tsubaki, OTOTO is a friendly, easy-going sake bar with snacks and other fun little things to accompany. Pouring sake and highlighting brewers doing amazing work all around Japan is one of the most rewarding things we do—we can’t wait to do more of it!
