Family Dinner with Domaine Plageoles

As part of RAW WINE L.A. we’re welcoming winemaker Romain Plageoles of historic Domaine Plageoles for a special dinner on Sunday, November 12th. The Plageoles family is responsible for resurrecting near-extinct varieties of grapes, increasing biodiversity in Southern France.

We will be pairing some of our favorite Tsubaki dishes, as well as a few off-menu items served family style for the table to share, with an array of the indigenous varieties that the Plageoles family is largely responsible for resurrecting. We will also be featuring one sake pairing, made from a strain of rice that was also brought back from near extinction.
